FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We help you live a healthier life. Our members feel seen and heard addressing their health concerns, because we listen and prioritize our relationships with them. We consider your whole self when treating issues. This helps us understand and work to prevent or eliminate underlying problems, not just your symptoms.

  • Direct primary care (DPC) is an innovative way to provide high quality, affordable, and easily accessible healthcare. For a monthly membership fee, patients are able to easily see their doctors with same day or next day appointments, enjoy longer and less rushed visits, utilize varied methods of communication including email and text, and not have to worry about inflated costs related to billing insurance. This relationship goes back to how it should be between the doctor and the patient. Because we don’t take insurance, we are able to dedicate all of our attention to providing the best care to our patients.

  • We do not. By not relying on payment from insurance companies, we are able to save our patients from inflated prices on office visits, avoid long wait times, and eliminate unforeseen bills due to lack of transparent pricing. This direct fee-for-services arrangement also allows us to negotiate lower prices for our patients for labs and medications.

  • No problem. We recommend that our patients have a major medical plan for help in the event of emergencies, hospitalizations, or ongoing specialty care. Direct Primary care plans pair well with higher-deductible plans. As many never reach their deductible, an AccessiBull membership might save you money. Some patients may be able to use aspects of their insurance, such as flexible spending accounts

  • Our membership covers primary care services (such as annual physicals, sick visits, chronic disease management, as well as common office tests and procedures).

Please refer to Pricing for more details.
